Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Freelance Programs team at Encore Access. As our Director, Freelance Programs and Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and growth of our EncoreHive platform, which connects freelance professionals with our clients in the live events and entertainment space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Ownership: Oversee all aspects of the EncoreHive platform, including marketing, brand management, roadmap development, and team management.
  • Contractor Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with freelance contractors, oversee workforce performance, and identify opportunities for growth and development.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to attract new freelance contractors, including digital marketing, referral programs, and industry networking.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify trends, competition, and new opportunities in the freelance market.
  • Strategic Development: Develop and implement strategies to achieve growth targets, including setting goals and milestones for the platform and its staff.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for workflow and efficiency gains, and collaborate with other teams to implement process improvements.
  • Partnership Management: Explore and manage potential partnerships and alliances to expand market reach and create mutually beneficial opportunities.
Requirements
  • Experience managing a business unit, including team and budget management.
  • Proven background in scaling a product from its post-MVP release phase to a platform supporting hundreds or thousands of users.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication with colleagues at all organizational levels.
  • Strong data-driven decision-making abilities, including setting growth goals and performance metrics for a business unit and its team members.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
