Pinnacle Fertility is a leading fertility care platform that supports high-performing clinics nationwide. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be an integral part of a multidisciplinary team providing excellent patient care.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in OB/GYN and/or labor and delivery, with a minimum of 4 years of clinical experience. IVF experience is a plus. You will be responsible for providing direct patient care, performing diagnostic ultrasounds, and managing patient case management for IVF.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care for reproductive and women's health patients.
  • Perform and manage diagnostic ultrasounds.
  • Oversee patient case management for IVF.
  • Educate patients on IVF, fertility preservation, genetic testing, and medication usage.
  • Manage and adjust patient treatment protocols.
  • Triage patient medical concerns via phone/portal and take necessary actions.
  • Document care plans and interactions in EMR.
  • Assist physicians during procedures and support team collaboration.
  • Coordinate various fertility treatment cycles.
  • Prepare patients for surgical procedures, administer medications, and perform diagnostic procedures.
  • Maintain effective communication with patients and ensure they have necessary prescriptions.

Requirements:

  • Nurse Practitioner (NP) with an active state RN license or Physician Assistant (PA) with active state licensure.
  • Minimum of 4 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience in OB/GYN and/or labor and delivery (preferred).
  • In vitro fertilization (IVF) experience (preferred).
  • CPR and/or ACLS Certification.

Compensation and Benefits:

Pinnacle Fertility offers a competitive salary range of $100,000-$120,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare, dental, life, and vision insurance. We also offer generous paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, and a retirement savings program.
