Nurse Practitioner Role

As a Fertility Care Specialist, you will be an integral part of a multidisciplinary team, providing compassionate patient care and ensuring families receive a high-touch experience on their path to parenthood.
The ideal candidate will be customer service-minded, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for reproductive health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care for reproductive and women's health patients.
- Perform and manage diagnostic ultrasounds, including transvaginal, abdominal, follicular, and uterine evaluations.
- Oversee patient case management for IVF, including testing, treatment calendars, and education.
- Educate patients on IVF, fertility preservation, genetic testing, and medication usage.
- Manage and adjust patient treatment protocols, ensuring informed decisions.
- Triage patient medical concerns via phone/portal and take necessary actions.
- Document care plans and interactions in the electronic medical record (EMR) and manage electronic scheduling.
- Assist physicians during procedures and support team collaboration.
- Coordinate various fertility treatment cycles, including IVF, ovulation induction, surrogacy, and more.
- Prepare patients for surgical procedures, administer medications, and perform diagnostic procedures.
- Maintain effective communication with patients and ensure they have necessary prescriptions.
- Uphold confidentiality, punctuality, and effective practice operations.
Requirements:
- Nurse Practitioner (NP) with an active state RN license or Physician Assistant (PA) with active state licensure.
- Minimum of 4 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
- Experience in OB/GYN and/or labor and delivery (preferred).
- In vitro fertilization (IVF) experience (preferred).
- CPR and/or ACLS Certification.
Compensation and Benefits:
Pinnacle Fertility offers a competitive salary range of $100,000-$120,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare, dental, life, and vision insurance. Additional benefits include generous paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, and a retirement savings program.
