Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain open communication among project team members to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Interface with project management and estimating teams to ensure accurate project documentation.
  • Review and analyze project drawings and specifications to identify potential issues.
  • Create and maintain drawing logs and submittal logs to track project progress.
  • Develop and implement submittal schedules to ensure timely project completion.
  • Prioritize, process, track, and maintain submittals and RFIs in a computerized database to ensure project compliance.
  • Review and distribute contract document updates to project stakeholders.
  • Support project teams in resolving issues and addressing project-related concerns.
  • Develop and maintain project closeout packages to ensure smooth project handover.
  • Provide technical support to project managers and estimating teams on special projects.
  • Assist with procurement and scope package development to ensure accurate project documentation.
  • Coordinate with project controls department to ensure project compliance.
  • Provide technical support to project managers on project reports and change management.
  • Assist project managers with drafting QAQC plans to ensure project quality.
  • Support projects with job site visits as required to ensure project execution.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as required to support project management teams.
