Job Summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group is partnering with a leading insurance company to find a senior-level attorney with experience in accident & health insurance to join their general counsel's office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide legal advice on accident & health insurance and reinsurance products, including policy and contract construction, program structure, collateral requirements, and coverage considerations.
  • Analyze and identify sources of risk in commercial insurance programs, particularly for accident & health business.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, and represent the company's interests in insurance-related negotiations and transactions.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience, preferably in-house, with a focus on accident and health insurance products.
  • Experience advising on employer stop loss policies.
