About the Role

Abnormal Security is seeking a skilled Production Manager to lead the creation of engaging content for a dynamic media team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in technical research, journalism, and content creation, with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, concise language.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and write articles, white papers, case studies, and blog posts on technical subjects related to applied AI and enterprise use cases of AI
  • Develop thought leadership content showcasing expertise in the latest AI capabilities, targeting enterprise executives
  • Own the content production process, including editing, proofreading, and quality assurance, to ensure clarity, grammar, and technical accuracy
  • Contribute to content strategy and brainstorming sessions, bringing innovative ideas for new content types as programs expand
  • Stay up-to-date with AI industry trends and technical developments to ensure content relevance and appeal
  • Manage multiple content projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or a related technical field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical writing, journalism, or content creation, preferably in a technology-focused environment
  • Strong portfolio of published or professional samples illustrating complex concepts turned into various written assets
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to understand and write about complex technical topics in a clear and concise manner
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Be an eager learner and willing collaborator
Preferred Qualifications
  • Background or deep interest in a specific AI discipline
  • Experience with multimedia content creation (videos, podcasts, webinars)
  • Familiarity with content management systems and collaboration tools
