We are looking for an experienced Equipment Technician - Heavy Duty Mechanic to join our team at Ryan Incorporated Central.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 annually
Work Environment
As a member of our team, you will work on various construction project sites throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, with a focus on the Richmond, VA area. Our dynamic work environment requires flexibility and adaptability.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining and repairing heavy construction equipment in the field
- Scheduling routine preventive maintenance and performing timely repairs
- Coordinating with vendors to obtain necessary parts and materials
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements
A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance; Possession of a valid CDL Class "B" endorsement; Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
