Industrial Equipment Technician

Salary:
$23 - $47 per hour, determined by skills, location, internal equity, market/data analysis, years of experience, degrees/certifications, and technical assessment score.
Job Description:
We're seeking skilled Industrial Technicians to join our team as Crane Service Specialists. As a key member of our field service team, you'll troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and structural issues on-site, ensuring cranes operate safely and efficiently. Your expertise will help us maintain our industry benchmark for customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required; Associate degree or related vocational training preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience with electrical troubleshooting and mechanical repair
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work at heights and varied overtime as needed
