Your Responsibilities:
Establish and nurture relationships with diverse clients to secure new and repeat business through proactive sales calls and property tours. Engage in site visits and client entertainment as necessary.
Formulate and execute growth strategies while identifying new opportunities within your designated sector to optimize revenue streams. Attend industry events to connect with peers and stay updated on market trends.
Organize, conduct, and follow up on sales calls and property inspections.

Provide the Sales Manager with essential information regarding current and prospective clients by maintaining an organized client database.

Negotiate with clients to finalize agreements and contracts. Initiate campaigns to enhance the hotel's visibility.
Monitor and document sales activities and account development using available systems and tools.
Handle daily inquiries from clients regarding property information, promotional materials, pricing, and offers.
Assist the Sales Manager in coordinating Familiarization trips, site inspections, and product training.
Communicate promotions, special offers, packages, and client booking incentives to all relevant team members internally and externally.
Help maintain accurate records of trade clients, files, and correspondence, both electronically and in hard copy, to ensure effective mailings and accurate client histories.
Support the upkeep of departmental records, including sales expenses and local membership renewals.
Build and sustain relationships with local and international tour operators, lifestyle, and concierge services.
Compile weekly sales reports and statistics from The Collection reservation system, focusing on business sources, including client nationality and partner production metrics.
Coordinate the distribution of sales kits and promotional materials.
Update The Collection CRM with sales activities, including key customer details and maintaining the Customer Database.
Research and stay informed about industry trends, innovations, and potential business groupings. Provide timely and constructive feedback to operations based on guest or client input, along with actionable suggestions.
Participate in weekly Revenue Meetings to share insights on revenue-generating initiatives.
Effectively manage workload and complete weekly sales reports.
Encourage collaboration by sharing ideas and challenges with colleagues to facilitate decision-making.
Perform additional duties, including operational tasks, as required by Senior Management.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales or administration is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Windows applications and relevant software.
A degree in a related field is advantageous.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills are required.
Highly responsible and dependable.
Ability to maintain focus on guest needs while remaining calm and courteous at all times.
