About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Guest Services Coordinator to join our team at Extended Stay Dayton South. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless operations within the hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Greet and welcome guests, registering them efficiently and providing personalized support throughout their stay.
  2. Manage room assignments, modifications, and cancellations, ensuring accuracy and effective communication with guests and other departments.
  3. Respond to guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  4. Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, and preferences.
  5. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including managing lost and found items, handling guest requests, and participating in emergency procedures.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality or a related field an asset.
  • Previous experience in hotel operations, customer service, or a related field an asset.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

  • A competitive salary of $40,000 - $50,000 per year, based on experience.
