Job Description

The Valet Supervisor will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our valet parking operations.

This individual will oversee the daily activities of our Valet staff, ensuring that they provide exceptional service to our guests while maintaining a safe and efficient operation.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of customer service principles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and direct Valet staff to ensure exceptional service.
  • Monitor and improve operational efficiency throughout the valet staging area.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests and colleagues.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Associates Degree, High School Diploma, or GED required, or relevant working experience.
  • 2+ years of management experience in a related field.
  • Valid US Driver's License.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Estimated Salary Range

$60,000 - $80,000 per year.
