Job Description

The Instrument Repair Specialist will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, as well as maintaining store-owned gear. This role requires a high level of craftsmanship, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on guitars and other instruments
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow and meet sales targets
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Music or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in instrument repair or related field
  • Strong knowledge of guitar repair techniques and processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
