We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restoration Supervisor to join our team at SERVPRO of Ventura. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the restoration process, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the highest level of quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Experience Management: Manage customer expectations, ensure timely completion of projects, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of restoration technicians, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to complete projects efficiently.
  • Production Process Management: Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled, ensuring quality control and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Safety and Risk Management: Identify potential safety hazards, communicate risks to the team, and establish control measures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed job files, supporting the services provided to customers.
  • Resource Management: Manage labor and consumable usage on assigned projects, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.

Requirements:

  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Effective written and oral communication, basic math skills, and ability to work with diverse teams.
  • Experience and Certifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in cleaning and restoration, WRT IICRC certification required, ASD certification a plus.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
