Your Responsibilities:
As a Property Leasing Specialist, your key duties will include:

  • Leasing and pre-leasing residential units
  • Conducting property tours in various weather conditions
  • Assisting current residents with lease inquiries and maintenance requests
  • Ensuring model apartments are ready for viewing
  • Maintaining a tidy office and clubhouse environment
  • Supporting resident retention efforts and organizing community events
  • Managing communications through emails and phone calls while keeping detailed records

What We Are Looking For:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of leasing experience
  • Experience in affordable housing
  • Outstanding customer service skills and a proactive attitude
  • Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
  • A valid driver's license
  • Availability to work Saturdays
