  • Assist in the management of maintenance requests and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Provide guidance and support to maintenance technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties safely and effectively
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans to ensure the efficient use of resources
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address any maintenance issues
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum one year of experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role
  • Proven experience in appliance repair and maintenance
  • EPA certification required
  • Ability to pass a general maintenance test
  • Pass a pre-employment physical and background check
