We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Registered Mental Health Intern in Jacksonville, FL. As a clinician-founded national private practice group, we prioritize client accessibility, integrity, and quality care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide mental health counseling services to clients in a private practice setting.
  • Work under the supervision of a licensed mental health professional to develop clinical skills and expertise.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance knowledge and skills.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless delivery of services and high-quality care.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program in mental health counseling.
  • Approved by the board as a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern.
  • Post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • A W2 employment model with guaranteed pay, including paid orientation, no-show protection, annual pay increases, and additional bonus opportunities.
  • Flexibility with scheduling, with the option to work a hybrid model (50% in-office and 50% remote).
  • Full clinical caseload typically established within the first 30-45 days.

Compensation:

This is a Fee for Service position, with earning potential ranging from $45,000 to $60,000 (dependent on the number of sessions and bonus opportunities).
