- Process orders, route calls to the appropriate resource, and follow up on customer calls as needed.
- Review and verify documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve issues and provide updates on their referrals.
- Meet quality assurance requirements and key performance metrics, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; senior level requires two years of work-related experience and one year of exact job experience.
- One year of work-related experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance customer services, claims, billing, call center, or management.
- Excellent customer service skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new technologies and systems.
