Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate with patients and customers.
  • Answer inbound calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner, adhering to our service standards.
  • Document all call information accurately and efficiently, following our standard operating procedures.
  • Process orders, route calls to the appropriate resource, and follow up on customer calls as needed.
  • Review and verify documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve issues and provide updates on their referrals.
  • Meet quality assurance requirements and key performance metrics, ensuring exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; senior level requires two years of work-related experience and one year of exact job experience.
  • One year of work-related experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance customer services, claims, billing, call center, or management.
  • Excellent customer service skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new technologies and systems.
