As a member of WWSO, you will offer expertise throughout the entire lifecycle of an AWS customer initiative, from ideation for new services to expediting the adoption of established solutions.

Essential Duties- Act as the voice of the customer; provide feedback to product teams to shape feature development and future product direction.
- Deliver advanced technical insights to your domain-aligned go-to-market teams to resolve our clients' most significant and urgent business challenges.
- Serve as a thought leader by sharing best practices through various platforms such as AWS blogs, whitepapers, reference architectures, and public speaking engagements at events like AWS Summit and AWS re:Invent.
- Collaborate with Business Development teams to outline the technical components of top-tier go-to-market concepts, solutions, and initiatives.
- Foster and support a global community of technical subject matter experts within AWS.
- Create enablement materials for the broader Solutions Architect community to assist them in integrating Amazon Web Services solutions into client architectures.
- Engage as expert practitioners with a select group of clients to gain firsthand knowledge of their use cases and challenges.
- Exhibit thought leadership and represent AWS credibly at industry events, conferences, and symposiums.
- Act as a focal point for articulating the voice and needs of the customer, collaborating with internal teams to influence the product roadmap.
- Lead initiatives aimed at scaling innovation and modernization for SAP on AWS through expertise and guidance, creating new technical and go-to-market content.
- Maintain expertise across your entire domain while exploring adjacent areas to anticipate future use cases and opportunities.
- 7+ years of experience in design, implementation, or consulting within applications and infrastructures.
- 5+ years of managing technical, customer-facing resources.
- 5+ years of experience in SAP business processes (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay) and integrations with related third-party software.
- Knowledge of SAP systems (SAP ECC, S/4 HANA, SAP Business Warehouse, SAP HANA, SAP Central Finance) and their architecture and integration patterns.
- Proven history of successful technical consulting or architecture engagements with large-scale clients or enterprises.
- Experience in migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud.
- Familiarity with common enterprise services and a working knowledge of software development tools and methodologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a high degree of comfort engaging with executives, IT management, and developers.
- Experience in software development or internet-related industries.
- AWS Solution Architecture certification or relevant cloud expertise.
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with ABAP programming and integration of middleware products with SAP.
- Experience building SAP BTP applications with Fiori, Cloud Application Programming (CAP), Kyma, or Cloud Foundry.
