Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the infrastructure operations team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Institute strong governance and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to direct the team
  • Ensure that existing procedures are followed and documented in accordance with guidelines
  • Explore new solutions and technologies to improve operational efficiency and user experience
  • Identify and define service delivery risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Manage and escalate roadblocks that may jeopardize operations, infrastructure, and SLAs

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in a similar role, with Patching/Vulnerability management lead experience ideal
  • Broad knowledge of infrastructure technologies, trends, and strategy
  • Strong knowledge of Information Systems Security
  • Good knowledge of Windows/LINUX Operating System, Storage, Networking, and Backup solutions
