About the Role

Brembo North America is seeking a highly skilled SAP Business Analyst to join our team in Homer, MI. As a key member of our logistics and production operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting manufacturing operations and driving transformation initiatives at our sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analysis, design, implementation, and support of SAP business systems solutions in the logistics and production areas in a manufacturing environment, focusing on SAP modules WMS, eWMS, MM, and PP.
  • Ensure the continuity, consistency, and alignment of business systems and related process interaction within the area of responsibility, adhering to Brembo standards and the Ishango-SAP Brembo model.
  • Management of projects within the logistics and production areas, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  • Daily support to logistics and production key users regarding Ishango-SAP business system solutions.
Requirements
  • Four-year degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of SAP MM, WMS/eWMS, and PP experience, with PM experience being a plus.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of manufacturing/automotive industry experience required.
  • In-depth understanding of logistic business flow.
  • 3 years of experience with other ERPs, preferably Microsoft Dynamics AX2012.
  • Very good knowledge of business analyst and business capability management methods and tools.
  • Basic knowledge of system architecture (application and infrastructure).
  • Knowledge of repetitive manufacturing processes.
  • Understanding of EDI flow and integration with SAP.
  • Demonstrated ability to participate in and roll out complex ERP projects in multi-cultural environments.
  • Ability to maintain working relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Customer orientation in working with project stakeholders.
  • Must be flexible, dependable, and creative.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Must be able to manage time to deadlines and determine priorities.
  • At ease and effective in a matrix, multicultural, and fast-evolving environment.
  • Intercultural competence and willingness to travel.
  • Excellent knowledge of English in speaking and writing.
  • Preferably bilingual (Spanish).
Preferred Skills
  • Good understanding of SAP HANA or R3 Manufacturing and Planning modules.
  • Good understanding of AX Manufacturing processes is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the manufacturing environment, including hardware, software, procedures, and best practices.
  • Good expertise on SAP Supply Chain modules and in general on Order to Delivery processes are plus.
  • Ability to connect the Supply Chain processes with the underlying Quality, Finance, Controlling, and Procurement management processes.
  • Good understanding of MES, Quality Systems, Production lines, and IOT/Industry 4.0.
  • Previous experience in projects implementing MES, MOM, Demand Planning, and/or CRM or equivalent experience.
  • Good expertise on best practices for Inbound and Outbound logistics, Warehouse Management, Planning, and Customer Service and Supplier Management are plus.
