Job Overview

As a Senior Data Management Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of data management services for complex projects, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables that meet customer needs. You will provide expertise in data management processes, including data reconciliation, external vendor management, and laboratory data management.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage data management services for single/multi-service projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality data management products.
  2. Provide comprehensive data management expertise to clinical data management teams, ensuring adherence to Good Clinical Practices (GCPs) and regulatory guidelines.
  3. Develop and implement proactive quality management plans to ensure compliance with GCPs and regulatory requirements.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on project timelines.
  5. Maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring open communication and timely delivery of data management services.
  6. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance data management efficiency and quality.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as health, clinical, biological, or mathematical sciences.
  2. 5+ years of direct data management experience, including 3+ years as a data management project lead.
  3. Proven experience in managing study delivery through the full data management life cycle, including at least one Phase III study.
  4. Demonstrated expertise in data management processes, including data reconciliation, external vendor management, and laboratory data management.
  5. Knowledge of GCPs, regulatory guidelines, and medical terminology.
  6. Ability to work independently, using available resources to manage projects and resolve data issues.
