Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage and optimize supply chain operations to reduce costs and improve efficiency
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners

Requirements:

  • 15 years of experience in food processing management, with a strong background in operations and supply chain management
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a complex food manufacturing environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business growth and improve efficiency
  • Knowledge of food processing concepts, principles, and practices, as well as strategic planning and forecasting concepts
