Job Description

At DAC, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Service Specialist to join our team. As a Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer service calls, scheduled maintenance calls, and emergency calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and building systems.
  • Perform repairs, replacements, and upgrades as necessary to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Provide technical support to end-users and team members as needed.
  • Collaborate with the service team to improve overall operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree in Electronics or a related field.
  • Experience in the construction environment or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Thorough understanding of commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and building systems.
  • Exceptional customer focus and ability to work under pressure.
