Renal Care Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Innovative Renal Care. As a Renal Care Specialist, you will provide high-quality patient care to individuals suffering from chronic kidney disease, known as End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). Your expertise will improve the quality of life for our patients and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to patients with ESRD, focusing on patient-centered care and outcomes.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure informed decision-making.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in renal care.
Requirements:
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing, or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), or three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program.
- Registered Nurse License in the state of practice.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements.
- Previous dialysis, ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg nursing experience is preferred but not required.
