Dialysis Patient Care Technician

Innovative Renal Care is seeking a skilled Patient Care Technician to provide high-quality patient care to individuals suffering from End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). As a PCT, you will be responsible for monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including measuring and recording vital signs, initiating cannulation, and setting up hemodialysis machines.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must have a desire to care for people and be comfortable working around blood and needles.
  • Current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO is required for experienced PCTs.
  • BLS/CPR certification is also required for experienced PCTs.
