Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Quality Inn. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their stay. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes, while also being available to answer questions and provide assistance to guests throughout their stay.

About the Role

This role requires you to work as part of a team to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction. You will be responsible for checking guests in and out efficiently, processing cash and credit card transactions, answering phones, and communicating with other departments within the hotel to resolve any issues or concerns. Additionally, you will be required to perform other duties as assigned, including providing information on room location and hotel services, resolving any late or disputed charges, and following established hotel safety protocols and procedures.

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of guests, each with their unique needs and preferences. Your strong communication skills, combined with your ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, will enable you to deliver exceptional service even in high-pressure situations. If you possess a high school diploma/secondary qualification or equivalent, and have one year of front desk/guest service experience, you may find this role appealing.

What We Offer

As a Front Desk Receptionist with Quality Inn, you will receive a competitive salary of $25,000 - $30,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience.
