About the Job

This is a key role that requires a high level of technical expertise and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities:
  • Coordinated large-scale commercial electrical projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Developed and maintained comprehensive project schedules, resource allocation plans, and project documentation.
  • Communicated effectively with project teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure clear understanding of project requirements and expectations.
  • Monitored project budgets, expenses, and financial performance to ensure compliance with established guidelines.
  • Collaborated with internal teams and subcontractors to optimize resource allocation and improve project efficiency.
  • Ensured compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and project specifications through regular quality control checks.
  • Identified and mitigated potential risks to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Maintained accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
  • Monitored project timelines and adjusted plans as needed to ensure on-time completion.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator in the electrical field, managing large scale commercial projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
