Job Title: Large Scale Commercial Electrical Manager

Industrial Trade Services is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Large Scale Commercial Electrical Manager to join our team in Jonesboro, AR.

About the Job

This is a senior-level role that requires a deep understanding of electrical systems, codes, and regulations, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing and coordinating large-scale commercial electrical projects and will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including task assignments, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Lead and manage project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure clear understanding of project requirements and expectations.
  • Manage project budgets, expenses, and financial performance to ensure compliance with established guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and subcontractors to optimize resource allocation and improve project efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and project specifications through regular quality control checks.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
  • Monitor project timelines and adjust plans as needed to ensure on-time completion.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the electrical field, managing large scale commercial projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide project teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve project-related challenges.
  • In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
