Staff Services Specialist

As a Staff Services Analyst at the Public Employees Retirement System, you will play a vital role in supporting the Employer Account Management Division's day-to-day operations. This position involves exercising high-level initiative, independence, and originality in performing consultative and analytical duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Consistently demonstrate exceptional organizational skills to prioritize workload and manage deadlines for both independent and team assignments.
- Collaborate with the Membership Analysis and Support Team to analyze and resolve complex issues related to retirement operations.
- Provide expert-level support to business partners to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant reporting.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business Administration or Public Administration.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
