About the Job

The Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) is seeking a Staff Services Analyst to join our team in West Sacramento, CA. As a Staff Services Analyst, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our bureau.

Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our stakeholders, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with special projects and events as needed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You must also be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Working Conditions

This position is located at POST headquarters in West Sacramento, CA. The office is located in a two-story building with a business park setting. Hybrid telework is available for employees who can satisfactorily perform their essential work functions independently and remotely.
