- Leadership Experience: A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience, with a proven track record of managing KPIs for technicians and holding others accountable for achieving set goals and KPIs.
- Education: A 4-year degree in a relevant field such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, facilities management, or a related discipline.
- Skills and Qualifications: Strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and develop a high-performing maintenance team.
- Competitive Salary: $120,000 to $130,000 per year, with a 20% bonus incentive.
