Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients and colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.
  • Proficiency in tax software and technology, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems.
  • Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or equivalent.
