Mithun, a leader in sustainability and design excellence, is seeking an experienced Project Architect to lead projects during the Construction Administration Phase.

The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of post-graduate experience with demonstrated depth in construction administration and significant knowledge of architectural detailing, specifically wood-framed construction. Experience in Type 1 detailing is also highly valued.

As a member of our integrated design team, you will work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to advance design and technical excellence, environmental performance, and social justice on a range of projects, including urban multi-family, affordable, and student housing.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on various project typologies while providing mentorship and acting as a technical resource for junior staff. Your excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.

To be successful in this position, you must be proficient in Revit and the Adobe Creative Suite, and possess strong conflict resolution skills.

We offer a competitive salary of $123,000 per year, medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, paid parental leave, transit benefits, a 401(k) retirement plan, and discretionary bonus opportunities based on firm profitability and individual performance.
