Crusoe, a pioneering AI-first cloud infrastructure company, is seeking an experienced Senior Data Center Construction Lead to drive the project management of our data center construction projects.

This role requires a strong understanding of technology infrastructure and data center requirements, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

We are looking for a seasoned construction professional who can lead the planning, design, and execution stages of construction projects for new data centers. This position involves managing all phases of construction projects, from initial design and planning through to completion, providing strategic direction and ensuring alignment with project standards and goals.

  • Scheduling: Develop and help manage project schedules to ensure projects are completed within stated timelines">
  • Budgeting & Cost Control: Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality standards">
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and industry standards">
  • Vendor Management: Select, negotiate, and manage contracts with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring deliverables meet specifications">
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify potential project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to avoid delays or budget overruns">
  • Sustainability: Ensure construction projects adhere to the company's sustainability initiatives, including energy-efficient designs and environmentally friendly building practices">

You Will Thrive In This Role If You Have:

  • A bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field">
  • 10+ years of experience in construction management, with proven leadership experience">
  • A proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex construction projects, preferably in the data center or technology infrastructure sector">
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and industry standards">
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders with competing deadlines">
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills">
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships across teams">
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills">
  • Professional certification (e.g., PMP, CCM, or similar)">

Compensation Package:

The salary for this position ranges from $185,000 to $215,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience. We also offer restricted stock units as part of our compensation package.
