Team Collaboration:

We believe that healthcare is a collaborative effort, and every team member plays a vital role. In this position, you will work closely with registered nurses to enhance patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor patients at scheduled intervals and document relevant data as instructed.
  • Report observations and any patient concerns to the registered nurse.
  • Facilitate basic patient transport.
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for both patients and staff.
  • Engage in purposeful hourly rounding and bedside shift reporting as required.
  • Perform assigned direct and indirect patient care tasks and may provide clerical support to the designated unit.
Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of patient assistance and care protocols.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in acute or long-term care settings.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in phlebotomy.
  • Completion of an accredited CNA, PCT, or paramedic certification, or currently enrolled in a nursing program.
