Key Responsibilities
  • Provide executive leadership for clinical and operational aspects of the hospital
  • Supervise all clinical services and manage and supervise all clinical departments and program services
  • Ensure the delivery of quality patient care and compliance with standards of accreditation, licensing, and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the hospital's mission and goals
  • Manage and supervise a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the provision of high-quality patient care
Requirements
  • Current Maryland medical license
  • Board certification in Psychiatry by the American Board of Medical Specialties or other Board approved by the Maryland Board of Physicians
  • At least 6 years of experience managing health service operations in a behavioral health setting
  • 4 years of managerial or supervisory experience
  • Certification in Forensic Psychiatry
