Job Summary
  We are seeking energetic and creative individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. As an RBT, you will work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts to implement treatment plans and use evidence-based strategies to target language, play, social, and adaptive skill deficits. Responsibilities
  Assist Behavior Analysts with implementing treatment plans and collecting data on targeted skills
  Work closely with Behavior Analysts to carry out treatment objectives and develop individualized plans
  Attend clinical team meetings and contribute to ongoing assessment and planning
  Maintain accurate records and reports as required by law and company policy

Requirements
  Bachelor's Degree or enrollment in Psychology, Education, or a related program preferred
  Prior experience working with children and ABA experience a plus but not required
  Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others
  Positive attitude and fun through play
  Good written and verbal communication skills
  Strong interpersonal skills to connect with children
  Reliable transportation and willingness to commute to clients' homes, schools, or community settings
