Job Title: Highway Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Highway Design Engineer to join our team in Birmingham, AL. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for managing multiple transportation design projects, providing daily quality control, and assisting with business development in multiple states.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple transportation design projects from concept to completion
  • Provide daily quality control and assurance
  • Train and mentor junior level engineers
  • Assist with business development and growth initiatives
Requirements:
  • BSCE or BCE degree required
  • Minimum 5 years of highway design/project management experience
  • AL PE and/or GA PE certification required
  • GSWCC Level II certification preferred
  • Experience with Bentley Microstation V8 and MS Office applications required
