We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities- Lead electrical projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Collaborate with electrical engineers to design and implement electrical systems, and ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
- Manage and mentor a team of electrical engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project continuity.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in electrical project management, with a strong background in electrical engineering and project management.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of electrical engineers and technicians.
- Ability to read and understand ANSI type industrial wiring diagrams and schematics.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
