We are currently in search of an Electrical Project Manager to enhance our construction team. In this pivotal role, you will supervise multiple teams and oversee the implementation of extensive electrical systems. Your responsibilities will include managing work sequences, interpreting technical drawings and schematics, and ensuring that all projects are completed safely and on schedule.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and organizational capabilities, with significant experience in coordinating and managing multiple teams on large-scale construction sites.

Extensive knowledge of installation and construction processes is essential, along with proficiency in reading blueprints, electrical schematics, wiring, conduit work, and a comprehensive understanding of workplace safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise multiple teams on significant projects
- Manage procurement and requisition of materials
- Establish workflows and sequences to keep projects on schedule
- Enforce safety regulations and promote a culture of workplace safety

Qualifications

- Master Electrician certification preferred
- Minimum of five years of experience supervising construction projects
- Adaptable and effective in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of materials, methods, and tools used in construction and repair
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- High level of integrity and ethical business practices.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds.
