Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, assessing, and evaluating patient needs, and developing individualized care plans.
- Lead and manage the surgical team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among staff members.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care and outcomes.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and education programs to promote best practices and patient safety.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- RN license in state of hire and wherever care is provided upon hire.
- 1 year nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities.
