We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Feed Mill Production Technician to join our team at JBS USA. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our feed mill.
Key Responsibilities- Feed Production Scheduling and Control: Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands while minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency.
- General Maintenance and Housekeeping: Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the feed mill's equipment is in good working condition and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Warehouse Organization: Ensure the warehouse is organized and stocked with necessary materials, and that inventory levels are accurately tracked.
- Quality Assurance and Safety Program: Participate in the implementation and maintenance of our quality assurance and safety program to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Communication: Maintain regular communication with farms, managers, and employees to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge and Skills: Must have knowledge of feed mill processes and procedures, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Personal Qualities: Possess a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to dependability and meeting goals and deadlines.
- Bilingual: English/Spanish language proficiency.
- Travel: Little to no travel required.
