About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to develop, implement, and maintain high-quality training curricula for our clinical staff. The successful candidate will have expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles, and curriculum development. You will be responsible for creating engaging and effective learning materials, including courses, student guides, and training manuals. Your work will play a critical role in ensuring that our staff has the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Curricula: Design, create, and maintain comprehensive training curricula for various clinical areas, aligned with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Instructional Design Expertise: Apply adult learning principles, instructional design models, and curriculum development methodologies to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
  • Curriculum Maintenance and Updates: Regularly review, update, and refine curricula to ensure they remain current, relevant, and compliant with changing regulations and industry developments.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with subject matter experts, trainers, and other stakeholders to gather input, provide guidance, and ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Evaluation and Assessment: Develop and implement evaluation methods to assess the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should possess:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field;
  • 1-3 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or a related field;
  • Expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design models, and curriculum development methodologies;
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
