RN Clinical Staff Med/Surg Tele 3rd Floor Part Time Days

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Clinical Staff Nurse on the Med/Surg Tele unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, individualized patient-centered care based on the Watson Model of Care.
- Assess and prioritize patient needs, developing and implementing effective care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve positive outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams using the SBAR method.
- Document patient care and outcomes in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- Minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience, preferably in Med/Surg/Telemetry or Critical Care.
- Basic EKG competence and current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Certification in Progressive Critical Care Nursing or Medical/Surgical Nursing preferred.
- Bilingual skills (Spanish) and basic computer skills required.
