RN Clinical Staff Med/Surg Tele 3rd Floor Part Time Days

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Clinical Staff Nurse in Med/Surg Tele. This is a part-time position working days.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, individualized patient/family-centered care based on the Watson Model of Care.
- Organize, plan, direct, coordinate, and evaluate patient care for a defined group of patients.
- Identify and demonstrate abilities to meet special needs and considerations of Age and Population Specific awareness.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and achieve positive patient outcomes.
- Document patient care, including assessment, interdisciplinary plan of care, implementation, evaluation, and the Watson Model of Care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members using the SBAR method.
- Participate in quality and performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Associate's degree in Nursing with current RN licensure.
- Minimum one year of clinical nursing experience, preferably in Med/Surg/Telemetry or Critical Care.
- Basic EKG competence and current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Certification in Progressive Critical Care Nursing or Medical/Surgical Nursing preferred.
- Bilingual skills in Spanish preferred.
