About the Role

At Concho Hearts Hospice, we are dedicated to delivering compassionate care and support to individuals facing life-limiting illnesses. As a Hospice Spiritual Care Provider, you will play a vital role in providing spiritual comfort and guidance to patients and their families.

Job Summary:

  • Provide spiritual care and counseling to terminally ill patients and their loved ones in their homes or other healthcare facilities.
  • Conduct assessments of patients' and families' spiritual needs and develop personalized care plans to address these needs.
  • Maintain open communication with local clergy, pastoral counselors, or other support providers to ensure comprehensive care for patients.

Required Qualifications:

  • Licensure: Compliant with state guidelines (if applicable)
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Chaplain in a healthcare institution (preferred)
  • Skills: Working knowledge of community resources, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to travel locally

Salary Information: The estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000, based on industry standards and location factors.
