Job Title: Family Medicine Office Nurse

Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Medicine Office Nurse to join our team. As a Family Medicine Office Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.

Job Summary:

The Family Medicine Office Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, conducting phone triage, and coordinating patient interactions. You will work closely with our healthcare team to ensure that patients receive exceptional care and support.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including conducting physical exams, taking medical histories, and developing treatment plans.
  • Conduct phone triage, assessing patient needs, and providing guidance and support.
  • Coordinate patient interactions, including scheduling appointments, communicating with patients, and ensuring seamless transitions of care.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in NH.
  • BLS required prior to hire.
  • Minimum of 1 year of RN experience, preferably in a community-based ambulatory setting.
