Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our team at HCA HealthONE Presbyterian St. Luke's. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make a meaningful impact on patient care.

About the Role:
The Clinical Nurse Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during the designated shift. This role will involve directing, monitoring, and evaluating nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures, serving as a resource person for staff, and modeling a commitment to the organization's vision/mission/values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes that contribute to overall departmental performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assists with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Participates in the ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services provided in the unit, in collaboration with other members of the management team.
- Collaborates with subject matter experts and other managers to create an environment of teamwork that supports improved outcomes and service.
- Supports a patient-first philosophy and engages in service recovery when necessary.

What You Will Need:
This role requires a Registered Nurse with a Registered Nurse Diploma, along with specific certifications such as Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Basic Cardiac Life Support, Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and Trauma Nursing Core Course. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

The estimated salary range for this role is $43.35 - $61.98 per hour, based on factors such as specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees in similar roles.
