- Conduct thorough physical examinations, take medical histories, and order diagnostic tests as needed.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including prescribing medications and ordering lab tests.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, guidelines, and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree.
- Active, unrestricted state license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Board certification in a relevant specialty (e.g., Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Gerontology).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in primary care, with a focus on house calls or community-based care.

- Experience working in a house call or community-based care setting.
