Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweeping and Cleaning: Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum hallways, stairs, and office spaces to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Waste Management: Empty garbage containers and maintain a clean and organized waste management system.
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Perform minor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and other related maintenance activities to ensure the building's systems are functioning properly.
  • Resident Support: Complete resident work orders and provide excellent customer service to our residents.
  • Environmental Maintenance: Replace air conditioner filters, clean debris from sidewalks, and maintain the overall appearance of the building's exterior.
  • Grounds Maintenance: Mow lawns, trim shrubbery, and cultivate flowers to maintain a well-manicured appearance.
  • Communication: Cautiously notify management of any issues or concerns, and post signs to advertise vacancies as needed.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, with one year of related experience and/or training.
  • Language Ability: Ability to read and interpret documents, and write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Math Ability: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
  • Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.
