Key Responsibilities- Sweeping and Cleaning: Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum hallways, stairs, and office spaces to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Waste Management: Empty garbage containers and maintain a clean and organized waste management system.
- Maintenance and Repairs: Perform minor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and other related maintenance activities to ensure the building's systems are functioning properly.
- Resident Support: Complete resident work orders and provide excellent customer service to our residents.
- Environmental Maintenance: Replace air conditioner filters, clean debris from sidewalks, and maintain the overall appearance of the building's exterior.
- Grounds Maintenance: Mow lawns, trim shrubbery, and cultivate flowers to maintain a well-manicured appearance.
- Communication: Cautiously notify management of any issues or concerns, and post signs to advertise vacancies as needed.
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, with one year of related experience and/or training.
- Language Ability: Ability to read and interpret documents, and write routine reports and correspondence.
- Math Ability: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
- Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.
